Refund policy

Returns

We have a 40-day return policy, which means you have 40 days after your date of purchase to return the item. We understand that some items, need to be tried and tested to know if they're right for you and your dog, so we're happy to accept returns on used items provided they are returned in a clean and reasonable condition with your order number and proof of purchase.

Items purchased at a sale price are not eligible for return unless the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item.

To start a return, contact us at info@paropet.co. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
